- Strengthen Alliances: Collaborate with global agencies, governments, and academic institutions to secure approvals for key technologies.
- Achieve Standards: Leverage milestones like bio-fertilizer standards in Africa to facilitate widespread adoption.
- Review & Align: Identify and agree on joint technologies and best practices to ensure success in the next phase.
- Train Communities: Provide training in 3,500 villages, impacting 150,000 hectares, sequestering 6 million tonnes of carbon, and driving farmer incomes.
Phase 2: Scaling Up (18 Months)
- Broaden Adoption: Expand sustainable technologies to more communities, empowering 50,000 disadvantaged individuals.
- Drive Global Promotion: Host a global conference to advocate for bio-fertilizers in 40 countries and drive their commercialization.
- Reclaim Resources: Continue restoration of upto 5 million acres of degraded land and aim to eliminate 1.5 million tonnes of annual crop residue burning.
- Expand Geographies: Pilot technologies in South America and Central Europe, engaging policymakers and academic institutions.
- Leverage Technology: Use satellite mapping to monitor crop health and outcomes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Measure Impact: Track key improvements in crop yields, commercialization rates, and carbon sequestration results.
Phase 3: Global Integration (36 Months)
- Embed Technologies: Fully integrate sustainable practices across partner communities and expand into new regions.
- Strengthen Systems: Build robust value chains, reduce global farm waste, and reclaim millions of hectares of degraded land.
- Enhance Visibility: Host global conferences, attract donors, and increase media coverage to raise awareness and support.
- Set Standards: Collaborate with universities to incorporate sustainable practices into curricula and establish global bio-product standards.
- Governance Impact: Drive adoption of nature-based solutions by 50% of governments. We hope to reduce chemical fertilizer subsidies by $5 billion.
